Easter

Easter 2013 was a pretty laid back affair. It kind of just snuck up on me and I, unfortunately, didn't do much for Easter, the spiritual side or the commercial side. *sigh* Next year, right? Since we would be out of town on Easter, Grandma and Papa Andreasen held their annual Easter egg hunt and basket scavenger hunt the Sunday before.

Actual Easter day was spent in Utah with my sisters and brother-in-law in Provo. We favored my sister's singles ward with our loud presence. Nothing like having the only kids in an entire ward. Later we enjoyed a tasty Easter dinner and held another Easter egg hunt in my sister's apartment backyard. There were a few (read: a lot) of dead branches. Made for quite an adventurous egg hunt! :)

Awww - they're so derned cute. And a singles ward with kids? Phew - that would be delightful. Its bad enough for us in a family ward - in spite of the additional noise, everyone's still familiar with Mela's tantrums... it fills a room. A very, very big room.
